Welcome to Unicorn Network. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Unicorn Network website and services. By using our platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
1. Eligibility
To invest on Unicorn Network, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Create an account on Unicorn Network.
- Upgrade to the required membership tier as specified on the platform before making any investments.
2. Investment and Returns
Upgrading to Invest: You are required to upgrade your account to a specific membership level to be eligible to invest on Unicorn Network. The upgrade options and associated fees are outlined on our website.
Investment Process: After upgrading, you may invest funds into available investment opportunities on the platform.
Return on Investment (ROI): For every investment made, investors will receive a Return on Investment (ROI) until they reach 2x the initial investment amount. Once the 2x ROI is achieved, no further ROI will be paid.
Bonus Structure: In addition to ROI, investors will be eligible for bonuses. Once the 2x ROI is achieved, you will also receive an additional amount equivalent to 1x of your initial investment as bonuses. Bonuses are awarded based on platform performance and other criteria.
3. Referral Program
We offer a referral program to incentivize users to invite others to the platform. By referring new users to Unicorn Network, you can receive up to 5 types of bonuses and additional ROI. The bonus types include:
- Referral bonus on new users.
- Bonus for each referred user's upgrade.
- Bonus based on the referred user's investment.
- Milestone bonus for multiple successful referrals.
- Long-term bonus based on the performance of referred users’ investments.

4. Investment Risks
Risk Disclosure: All investments carry inherent risks. By investing on Unicorn Network, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
No Guarantees: While we strive to deliver the ROI as outlined, all returns are subject to market conditions and platform performance, and there may be instances where returns are lower or delayed.
5. Account Obligations
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity performed through your account will be considered as performed by you.
Account Upgrades: To access certain features, including the ability to invest, you must upgrade your account. Details of the available upgrade tiers and the associated fees are outlined on our platform.
6. Fees and Charges
Unicorn Network may charge fees for certain services, including but not limited to account upgrades, withdrawals, and investment transactions. Fees are subject to change, and users will be notified of any changes to the fee structure in advance.
7. Termination
Unicorn Network reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found in violation of these Terms and Conditions or involved in fraudulent or illegal activities.
8. Modification of Terms
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our platform, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Unicorn Network and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, or delays related to your use of the platform or your investments.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of this jurisdiction.
